**Your Responsibilities**:

- **_ Team Leadership:_**_ Motivate and lead a team of store associates, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive work environment._
- **_ Customer Service:_**_ Ensure outstanding customer service by training and coaching staff in delivering exceptional experiences._
- **_ Sales Growth:_**_ Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet or exceed sales targets, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor key performance indicators._
- **_ Inventory Management: _**_Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment, while minimizing stock losses and ensuring accurate stock counts._
- **_ Visual Merchandising:_**_ Maintain an appealing store layout and product displays to attract and engage customers._
- **_ Operational Excellence:_**_ Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols._
- **_ Training and Development:_**_ Support the training and development of team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills._
- **_ Problem Solving:_**_ Address and resolve customer complaints or operational issues efficiently and professionally._
- **_ Compliance:_**_ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, while promoting a culture of safety among staff._
- **_ Reporting_**_: Assist in generating and analyzing reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement._
- **_ Assist with Store Planning: _**_Contribute to merchandising planning, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiative_
- **_ Administrative Duties:_**_ Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and maintaining accurate records._
- **_ Store Maintenance:_**_ Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and the overall presentation of the store._
- **_ Support the Store Manager:_**_ Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, stepping in when needed and helping to execute their vision for the store._

**Your Requirements**:

- Grade 12 /National Senior Certificate
- 3-4years Retail Experience as a Supervisor/Shift Manager
- 2-3 years Leadership Skills
