The IR Officer will be responsible for the entire IR and ER function for the business.

RSA citizen and ID

Own Transport essential

Valid bank account

Clear criminal record

Good contactable references

PC Literate - Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Easy Roster

Valid Driver’s license

Diploma/ Degree = Labour Relations, Labour law, Human / Industrial Relations

3 years minimum experience in the security industry

Must be analytical and be able to think on their feet

Knowledge of the CCMA, Arbitration, ConcilliationKnowledge of Disciplinary Procedures and sanctions

Able to handle Pressure

Able to work as a team and well with other staff members

Able to resolve queries and discrepancies quickly, ethically and tactfully

Knowledge of DOL, LRA,BCEA, EEA

Knowledge of PSIRA

Handling of retrenchments

Duties & Responsibilities

Compilation of bundles

Fact finding and preparation of cases

Labour relations and CCMA

Must be able to handle disciplinary proceedings and related documentation

Able to do counselling and handle grievances and associated proceedings

Basic Salary and Fuel for CCMA Cases

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kyalami, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
