Purpose of Role:
The **Recruitment Administrator** is part of the Talent Acquisition function and provides important support to your Delivery Team and Account Manager.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Dive into the world of headhunting, using your insights and innovative tools to identify potential stars for our clients.
- Posting and reviewing your job adverts on multiple platforms.
- Provide administration support in all facets of the business.

Who we think would be a great fit:

- You DON’T have previous experience in Recruitment - that's IDEAL for this role
- You like working with people (Tourism or customer service is GREAT experience)
- High levels of hunger, urgency, curiosity, eye-for-detail and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (non-negotiable)
- You have strong administrative skills.
- South African Citizen (beneficial)
