**Job Description** Key Role**:
WSP are seeking a Junior Engineer/Engineer who specialises in Hydrology, Drainage and Environmental Engineering for infrastructure projects to expand the growth of our expertise and technical capability. We support clients and projects throughout Africa and the UK with a focus on high profile infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hydrological analysis.
- Conduct climate risk assessments relating to infrastructure projects
- Providing hydrological input to design of stormwater related infrastructure
- Delivering a broad range of drainage services for transport and infrastructure projects across Africa and in the UK
- Grow client relationships and attend client progress meetings
- Compilation of Hydrological, Stormwater Management Reports
- Project management and interfacing with other engineering disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects
- Keep up to date with industry advances, and be aware of policy and technical developments in this discipline

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a B Eng. / BSc (Hydrology)
- MSc in Hydrology will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in hydrological modelling, surface water management, water resource planning and management, climate impact assessment
- Knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and legislation in the water field

- Good engineering judgement;
