Fleet Controller

PURPOSE

The Fleet Controller is responsible for Client support on DriveCam Online and Velocity / Early Warning. This will include communication with the client.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vehicle and EVR Updates
- Fleet Movements
- EVR Movements
- Fleet number updates
- Registration updates
- Creating of vehicles when needed
- Vehicle status updates
- Vehicle type updates
- Vehicles settings support
- Event Queries / Updates
- Updating / Removing Incorrect Behaviours Selected
- Adding Behaviours for DriveAlert Events received from Call Centre

EDUCATION
- Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / N4 (Matric)
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Logistics / Client Support Services environment
