Join Our Team as a Junior Fleet Administrator

Are you passionate about logistics and organisation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a motivated Junior Fleet Administrator to join our team and assist in managing our fleet operations efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate fleet inventory records, including vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
- Responsible for creating purchase orders for parts/spares forthe fleet on approved quotes from management.
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Capture the purchase order on the pastel system and submit the purchase order to the client & Logistics workshop.
- (A) Issuing workshop job cards to the workshop staff for work to be done on the fleet.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain fuel inventory records.
- Assist in optimising routes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in fleet management or administrative roles is a plus.
