To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist assurance, risk and controls expertise.
**Job Description**:
- Develop & coordinate the embedment of the ARO Management Assurance methodology in line with the Group Assurance Standard;- Guiding the socialisation and embedment of the Group Assurance Standard;- Development of reporting templates to facilitate standardized documentation and reporting of planned Assurance activity;- Embed governance framework enabling the fulfilment of Combined Assurance;- Challenge for adequate coverage & execution of assurance on Critical Processes, MCIs, Strategic Initiatives & Regulatory requirements;- Provide guidance and support to the countries in embedment of their individual Combined Assurance Forums; and- Initiate and run the monthly ARO Combined Assurance Forum.- Issue Management SteerCo - monthly consolidation and BAU facilitation including Quality Assurance (Check & Challenge)- ARO Risk and Control Forum - Monthly consolidation and facilitation of the forum- 1LoD Management Assurance Coordination, Monitoring, and Reporting including Quality Assurance (Check & Challenge)
End-to-End Issue Management- Support the embedment of the Issue and Actions Management Standard;- Provide guidance on action formulation to ensure root cause is identified and is the focus of remediation; and- Initiate and provide guidance on “risk acceptance” of limited issues where necessary
Specialist expertise and support: Provide specialist quality assurance expertise, support and guidance to address complex operational issues in the business |
Control frameworks and standards: Design, implement and maintain quality assurance and control frameworks and standards against relevant legislative requirements |
Change programmes: Play the role of senior quality assurance SME on relevant change and efficiency programmes
Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements |
Governance: Ensure the effective fulfilment of all required governance activities, including tracking and reporting
Education
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
