**Position Overview**

**Required Skills and Capabilities**
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills (formal training)
- Team leadership skills and teamwork control
- Relevant experience in maintaining a trackless mining fleet
- Good product knowledge
- Good understanding of the Production process
- Project planning and execution
- Be presentable to clients in grooming and dress code
- Valid driver’s licence
- Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel
- Report writing skills
- Qualified as an artisan with experience on TMM
- Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical experience
- Good customer relations
- Good telephone manners and skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers
- Be able to work independently without supervision

**Communications**
- Monthly written reports to the Manager
- Training documentation to Personnel.

**The requirements for this position are**:

- Grade 12
- Millwright Trade
