**Key Responsibilities**:

- The recruitment of sub-contractors
- Ensure sub-contractors meet company requirements and standards
- Facilitating induction and on-boarding of sub-contractors
- Insurance liaison for sub-contractors
- Checking sub-contractor recons
- Assist with sub-contractor paperwork
- Oversee general queries regarding sub-contractors
- General administrative duties

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a general administrative role
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a creditors clerk (advantageous)
- Experience working at a logistics company (advantageous)

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- Good all-round knowledge and experience of general administrative duties
- Good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to work as a team
- Working times: 07:00 - 16:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R0,01 - R1,00 per month
