As the BEE Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the BEE function including the monitoring and tracking of the BEE Scorecard and Licence with the CF, tracking the execution of projects and initiatives by the business and ensuring that business is educated on the requirements and processes around BEE.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**Document Preparation**

**Administration**
- Produce, update and provide best practice support on complex MS documents, databases and other departmental systems, advising colleagues when needed, and using own expertise to help improve processes Recommend equipment modification for upgrades. Develop and maintains preventative maintenance programs. Enforce safety and housekeeping practices.

**Supplier Management**
- Investigate incidents with suppliers or supplies and recommend actions in a timely manner to enable the delivery of the agreed services and supplies.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.

**Insights and Reporting**
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports. Manage projects working on ensure budget adherence, compliance and timely finalisation

**Learning Needs Analysis**
- Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.

**Learning and Development Program Delivery**
- Deliver short technical training or instruction sessions (or segments of a training course), providing information and guidance to learners to ensure that intended learning outcomes are achieved to arrange suitable training for them.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent / National Diploma NQF Level 6: Diploma in HR, Supply Chain or Procurement and Small Business Management.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience.
