**Desired Experience & Qualification**:
- Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent
- Section 26 Rigger/Ropes man Trade Certificate / MIETTB Trade Certificate through a registered body
- Valid Code EB driver's license
- Valid 1st aid certificate
- Analytical and attentive to detail
- Team leadership and management skills
- Sound listening and communication skills
- Self-motivated self-starter with high levels of initiative
- Able to make decisions within agreed parameters
- Sound learning agility and able to adapt to new technologies
- Job planning skills
- Construction experience (box fronts, Bulk heads, Tips and Belts)
- Bulkhead erection experience
- Tip construction
- Ore pass Rehabilitation experience
- Extensive rope tensioning experience
- Belt construction experience
