Beautiful large Hotel in Ballito is looking to employ a Switchboard Operator to provide effective and efficient communication between members and staff.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Understanding each guests’ needs
- Ensuring all calls are answered within 3 Rings.
- Ensuring all calls are transferred to the relevant department accurately and promptly.

**Competencies Required**
- Accurate, organised and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer services orientation and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well presented with excellent elocution and conscious of brand representation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dependable

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric
- MS Office and Electronic Mail
- Previous Switchboard experience an advantage
- Bilingual an advantage
- Sound Resort knowledge
