High End Hospitality Group - 4* - 5* Game Lodges & Hotels situated in Northern JHB - requires an experienced Reservations Manager

Reservations Management experience for multiple units.

Management of the day-to-day operations of the Central Reservations Department.

5 years’ experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills
- They will co-ordinate and supervise all staff that are employed in the Central Reservations Department. The position communicates with all departments in order to ensure efficient and reliable service. It is required that this individual will oversee the administration of all rates and system requirements on the Central Reservations System. Preparing reports on a daily weekly, monthly as well as when required basis. The overall management of inventory of the nine properties on the Central Reservations System is required. Through sound knowledge of Opera, Apex and eRES /Nebula, this individual oversees the yielding and management of theonline travel agent systems and API links with preferred partners. Regular participation in the management meetings is required.SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel Reservation Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Reservation Management multiple Hotels: 5 years (preferred)
