Lodge Spa Supervisor

**Location: Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga**
**Salary: R8000 basic + 10% commission, 15% retail commission**
- in position with shared accommodation and a daily staff meal. Great earning potential**

**Requirements**:
**Qualified Beauty Therapist with minimum 2 year certificate.**
**Experience of minimum 3 years in a luxury lodge or resort environment.**
**Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.**
**Basic understanding of financial reports.**
**Experienced in Spa software management (ChiDesk advantageous).**
**Possess a keen interest in delivering exceptional guest service**
**Be able to problem
- solve and offer effective solutions for any guest concerns**
**Be self motivated to drive sales and achieve financial and operational goals**
**Must be a Team Player and assist with day to day duties and operational needs of the lodge.**
**Own reliable transport to travel to and from Lodge between cycles preferred**

**Work Cycle: 6 weeks (42 days) On, 2 weeks (14 days) Off**

**Hours: Daily from 08:00 - 17:00 but must be available for earlier/later bookings if requested**

**Start date: immediately**
