Education

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
- Operation of the Boiler according to the relevant SOPS
- Understanding of the steam requirements from the Internal Customers
- Checking and recording the HFO Levels - ensuring min reorder levels established
- Checking the water levels in the tank - ensuring no problems
- Housekeeping & 5S of plant
- Improve performance on KPIs
- Supporting Safety and Quality standards and initiatives
- Supporting Environmental systems and initiatives through the reporting of spillages and incidents
- Adhering to all relevant legislation
- Achieving service levels and customers satisfaction
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Ensuring sound corporate governance

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

- Understanding of Pressure Vessels and Boiler Operations
- Basic numeracy & literacy skills
- Resin polymer manufacturing
- Communication (Written & Verbal)
- Operation of resin equipment & process
- Problem solving skills
- First line maintenance
