Job description:
PSG is a leading financial services company, seeking a Distribution Analyst with strong reporting and executive assistance experience, reporting to the COO: Distribution. The individual will engage with Senior executives of the company in forums, such as project meetings, Compliance, Risk & Legal meetings, and various management meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing reports to assist the Distribution business with decision making
- Board & Exco Reporting, including data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data
- Assist with monitoring of Compliance & Internal audit matters
- Preparing and finalising of PowerPoint presentations
- Project management (planning & reporting as well as taking ownership and ensuring successful delivery of the project)
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and assisting with QlikView queries

Minimum requirements:

- Relevant degree such as BCom (Finance)
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in the financial services industry in a similar position
- MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS software e.g. QlikView
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
