The main purpose of this job is to manage the Pharmaceutics Undergraduate
Laboratories, to prepare for all pharmaceutical microbiology, physical pharmacy and
dosage form manufacturing practicals in the Pharmaceutics Division, to demonstrate,
supervise and assess (both reports and practical component) all practicals in the division,
to arrange for the procurement of laboratory consumables, to perform the role of line
manager to the technical staff and to participate in research activities.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- B.Pharm degree with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3 years’
experience relevant in a field related to pharmaceutical microbiology and or drug
manufacturing.
- Three years relevant experience in a Pharmaceutics Laboratory or similar
environment
- Computer Literacy (SMS and Microsoft office)
- Good Communication skills (both verbal and written) with adequate experience
in supervising staff and students.
