**ADMINISTRATION INTERN**
**Description of the position**
**Tasks related to this position include but are not limited to**:
- Receiving and welcoming visitors, guests or clients
- Supplying information pamphlets, brochures or forms
- Directing clients in the appropriate direction or personnel
- Making appointments for clients and other business stakeholders
- Administering the purchase of small business items
- Preparing consumable stock control reports
- Coordinating business trips for staff
- Performing data capturing tasks
- Providing general administration tasks for management and key personnel, including document, scanning, copying and filing
**Competencies Required**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Follow directions thoroughly
- Works well with mínimal supervision
- Maintains confidentiality
- Works well under pressure
**Qualification and Competencies**:
- Matric Certificate/N4-N5 in Office Administration
- Computer Literate
Pay: R7 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- Certificate (required)
