Barmen/barista

New and exciting venue opening this coming season, just outside of Paarl.

We are looking for experienced and friendly Barmen/baristas to join our awesome team

Experience and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending, with the ability to prepare a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks.
- Proficiency in crafting coffee-based beverages, such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.
- Strong customer interaction skills, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Familiarity with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage offerings, as well as coffee-based drinks.
- Understanding of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a bar and coffee setting.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy setting.
- Clear communication skills for taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of ingredient inventory and stock maintenance.
- Experience with cash registers and handling payments accurately.
- Ability to ensure drink quality and presentation.
- Cooperative attitude for coordinating with kitchen staff and servers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer preferences.
