Treasury Analyst

**What you will love doing in this role**

**Treasury Management**
- Enhance and manage treasury policies and processes
- Maintain strategic banking relationships
- Ensure efficient cash management and appropriate funding across group
- Cash forecasting and analysis - Actuals vs Forecast (Preparing daily cash reports)
- Drive lower interest expenses & transactional fees
- Reporting on cash balances and key movements on group accounts
- Segmental reporting on collections & disbursement

**Treasury Administration**
- Monitor foreign currency markets
- Forecast and manage group currency exposure
- Purchase of foreign currency (Spot / FECs) according to ALCO policy
- CFC Account management and administration
- Cash flow management for Group and Retail on daily and monthly basis

**Banking Administration**
- Maintain banking documentation and limits for effective cash management
- Maintain / update banking resolutions, bank mandates, bank account signatories and company representatives including managing KYC documents.
- Liaise with banks on any banking related queries raised
- Administration of company credit cards via VISA system
- Administration of fleet card via FNB system
- Administration of All banking user profiles, transfers and forex authorisation

**General**
- Support finance planning and budgeting cycle
- Support external and internal audit queries
- Manage operational issues and updates with banks
- Manage Cashbook Administrators
- Ad-hoc projects and investigations
- Reconciliation of Ad hoc Asset Balance sheet accounts

**What you'll need to do this role**
- A 3 year relevant diploma or degree covering financial principles
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a finance analyst within a retail or financial services environment
- Proven track record in treasury processes
- Demonstrable experience of timely and accurate delivery of cash reporting
- Excellent MS Office Skills
