**MISSION**

Oversees the whole bidding process, from start to finish, ensuring team adherence to standards and meeting of all deadlines. Plans and prepares bids to support strategy discussions and stakeholder evaluation. To ensure effective and efficient tender process within Dinga Business Solutions.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
- Examining tender documents, determining qualifications and financial criteria, making presentations, risk matrix, and providing information to top management to obtain bidding approval.
- Creating comprehensive responses to calls for tender, reviewing each call for tender in detail with the responsible commercial person to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing, and delivery timelines.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Business Management or any relevant qualification
- Minimum of 4-5years’ experience in tender response writing and tender submission co-ordination.
- High level of competency with Microsoft (MS) suite software (MS Office / MS Excellent) literacy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with sound interpersonal skills; with an ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with all relevant stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability.
