**Recruitment Requirements**
- Accounting Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Automotive Industry experience is an advantage
- Advanced Excel and SAP system skills

**Objective**

The objective of the role of the G&A Controller is to provide expert support and services in preparing, compiling and controlling the full range of financial documentation relating to General and Admin
Expenses.

**Task List**
- Preparation and controlling of G&A for the entire Stellantis business. This includes G&A expenses for all departments, including all vehicle brands and parts & service
- actual, budget, forecasts.

- Approve G&A (General Admin expenses) Purchase requisitions and control G&A spending in line with approved budget/forecast, ensure correct accounts are being used for different expenditure line items.
- Prepare monthly G&A accruals.
- Prepare G&A Template by cost center for month end meeting (Month & YTD results by brand vs Forecast & Budget)
- Preparation of Budgets and forecasts (F1+11,F8+4,etc), all elements including explanations on variances vs budget, forecast and YOY
- First approver of all G&A related Purchase Requisitions for all new and used vehicle’s and aftersales cost centres.
- Balance sheet Reconciliation - G&A Accrual Accounts.
- Ensuring the integrity of financial results by reviewing TB transactions and preparing reallocations to correct accounts.
- Preparation of monthly G&A information for MEA reporting.
- Month end Activities - Extracting full G&A on a weekly/monthly basis to analyse expenses by cost centre.
- Setup Month end meetings with Department Manager’s to align on expenses for the month.
- Ad Hoc reports/Requests from HQ and internal
- Administrate the PRC program for the company o Performing cost/benefit analysis on PRCs being considered o Establish the total requirement for PRCs for each financial period o Completion of A3 certificates and submission for relevant signature o Document management of all PRC-related work
- Associated with the above is the function to manage the performance of the necessary import duty calculations for the purposes of budgets and forecasts where projected benefits and costs are calculated and appropriately incorporated in the net duty calculation
- Preparation of Production Rebate Certificate (PRC) Budget and Forecast
- Responsible for the monthly capturing, recording and reporting of PRC’s
- Monitoring usage and expiry dates of PRC’s
