Events & Csi Coordinator

Description
**1.Selection and delivery of CSI projects in line with the CSI policy - from proposal to delivery**
- execute CSI plans
- Coordinate and participate in identified projects and communicate with team
- Ensure that internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders is done including seeking new communication platforms where applicable
- Plan and organize support to sponsorships campaigns and activities.
- Liaise and communicate CSI initiatives with internal personnel and Directors
- Liaise with subsidiaries, external services provider’s role players
- Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate the CSI initiatives within the approved budget
- Assist with the design process of CSI initiatives
**2.** **Contract and Service Levels Administration**
- Annual review and Adhoc contracts and SLA
- Review CSI driven contracts and SLA
- Record Keep suppliers SLA’s and Contracts
**3.** **Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation**
- Ensure that recording keeping and filing is done appropriately
- Ensure that all documentation for feedback and section 18A & photos to filed appropriately
- Support Corporate Affairs team
**Requirements**:

Qualification related to Events Management
**TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION**

**EXPERIENCE**
Administration: 2 yrs
