Is responsible for managing the system process for all Digital & Technology customer projects across the ADEC business portfolio, to ensure standardization, reduced duplication, and the leveraging of resources. Provide consolidated delivery to customers and implement according to the signed proposal. Implement all contract services either as primary contractor or subcontracted.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions**
- Develop a Center of Excellence (CoE) team of competent project managers through training and mentoring; motivate and coach the PMO team to deliver against performance targets, develop and enhance team effectiveness, manage and maintain the attraction and retention of talent, and manage and empower people to execute operations. Cultivate a culture of teamwork through collaboration, interaction, and regular communication with relevant stakeholders within ADEC Innovations.
- Define and maintain process standards by providing and implementing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives and providing tools and procedures to achieve this.
- Identify and establish appropriate project methodologies for solutions within the Group.
- Establish a project management governance structure that includes key performance indicators and sets milestones for the project team, and audit or track ongoing projects at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follow the approved methodology.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risk.
- Manage and coordinate budgets, revenue targets, and client profitability within the Commercial Management business unit.
- Conduct regular project reviews, ensuring accountability and that management of projects, stakeholders, and suppliers is in place.
- Monitor governance and quality of the projects, including the adoption of PMO methodologies, principles, tools, standards, and processes.
- Track and report on project status and performance, monitoring project overheads and capital expenses, project deliverables, dependencies, and timeframes.
- Collaborate and facilitate optimum engagement between and within Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and networks with partners, customers, and vendors in support of market dominance.
- Motivate and coach project teams in support of performance excellence, employee engagement, innovation, and transformation.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and measure customer satisfaction with respect to service delivery and recommend the necessary changes.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of solutions and smooth delivery of service(s) to customers.
- Take overall responsibility for contractual fulfillment within the customer during the service lifecycle.
- Develop and negotiate SLAs with Service Engagement and the customer based on the customer’s service requirements.
- Ensure all escalations are followed through to resolution with Business Units and where required improvement processes are instituted.
- Build services and products that can be packaged and monetized for Adec Innovations markets across the globe.
- Assist client engagement teams with responses to market bids and commercial responses.
- Pre-sales, development of proposals, approaches, solution architectures, leading client briefings and workshops
- Facilitate scoping workshops with customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical governance on existing customer accounts to ensure successful delivery of agreed project scope and outcomes.

**4. Minimum requirements**

**a. Qualifications**
- NQF 6 qualifications in Business or related **coupled** with relevant Project Management Certification

**b. Experience**
- Minimum 8 years experience, of which at least 2 years is at a senior leadership level, preferably in the ICT industry. Minimum of 4 years experience required in technology as well as in program management. 8-10 years experience dealing directly with customers.

**c. Certification/ Professional Registration**

**Current valid Project Management certifications** such as Prince 2, ITIL/COBIT certification, and **Service Integration & Management (SIAM) Certification
