Luxury Lodge close to Bela Bela is looking for a Banqueting Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assign rooms to all bookings and ensuring this is done with attention to detail
- Guest enquiries with regards to private functions booked
- Creating of function sheets on Opera
- Coordinating all events
- Following up with guests and ensuring everything for the function is arranged
- Assisting in reception when necessary
- Briefing groups checking in
- Attending weekly meetings to discuss upcoming events with all HOD’s

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 and a formal qualification
- At least 2 - 3 years experience
- Above average Opera knowledge
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Problem solver
- Enthusiastic
- Must have drivers licence
- Fluent in English
- This is a single live in position.
