Close Protection Officer

**Location**: Cape Town

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide close protection to high-profile client, ensuring his safety at all times.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement tailored security plans.
- Monitor and assess potential threats and vulnerabilities in real-time.
- Plan and execute secure transportation routes and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and readiness to respond to emergencies.
- Coordinate with other security personnel, law enforcement, and stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct regular security briefings with client, ensuring he informed and reassured.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in close protection or a related security role.
- Extensive training in personal protection, defensive tactics, and threat assessment.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response.
- Valid certification in close protection or relevant security disciplines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Clean criminal record and valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Military or law enforcement background.
- Experience working with high-profile or high-net-worth individuals.
- Foreign language proficiency.
- Advanced medical training (e.g., First Aid, CPR, Tactical Combat Casualty Care).
