Our client, a **transport and logistics** company, is looking for a **Creditors Clerk** to join their team dynamic based in the **Kraaifontein **area.

**Overall Function**:
The overall objective of a Creditors Clerk is to provide bookkeeping and clerical support to all financial functions for the specific BU allocated.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Capturing of Supplier invoices on system.
- Create Supplier accounts on system.
- Check and reconcile Supplier statements.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payments due.
- Prepare and forward remittance advice to suppliers.
- Filing.
- Sundry reconciliation.
- Address Supplier queries.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma/Degree) advantageous
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience
- English and Afrikaans speaking

The position in based in the office.

**Location**: Kraaifontein, Cape Town.

**Salary**: R15 000-R18 000

**Starting date**: As soon as possible.
