**Requirements**:
**Matric**

**Minimum 2- 5years Telesales/Cold-calling experience**

**Business to Business sales experience is highly advantageous**

**Tech Savvy (must be able to work on multiple systems)**

**(Must have Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel)**

**Must be able to work under pressure**

**Main Duties**:
**Telephonic sales of our Company’s products**

**Maintain and growing the Company’s customer base**

**Updating the system with accurate information**

**Must have the ability to develop existing and actively seek new clients is essential.**

**Follow up and confirm receipt of any promotions or special documents sent to customers. Re send to clients who say they did not receive**

**Prepare and maintain daily on the sales representative cycle report all sales order values and call information.**

**Process all sales reps request for samples accurately and timeously.**

**Research and identify potential clients for relevant sales representative and in consultation with Sales *Manager, include on call cycle where applicable.**

**Prepare, follow up and process credit/exchange requests from clients accurately and timeously.**

**Follow up with clients after delivery has taken place to confirm delivery and service levels are within standards.**

**Review and maintain accurate estimates and open sales orders on Quick Books.**

**Review and process all back orders on Quick Books.**

**Evaluate client sales and stock information to identify sales opportunities. Thereafter and prepare estimates or suggested orders for follow up via sales representatives or directly to client via telesaler.**

**Undertake tasks on Skynamo - still to be defined.**

**Keep Social media up to date with daily posts and grow followers**

**Good administration skills and ability to multi-task.**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Killarney Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
