**VACANCY - DEBTORS CONTROLLER**

The following position based in **Cape Town **has become vacant within Safe Top Retail Distributors (Pty) Ltd

**JOB TITLE: Debtors Controller**

**EDUCATION: Minimum Grade 12 with a qualification in finance**

**EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years Debtor controlling experience**

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English and Afrikaans

**MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE**
- Responsible for debt collecting
- Generating of monthly customer invoices and statements on Syspro and distribute
- Loading of new accounts on Syspro accurately
- Receipting and allocating of payment received on Syspro
- Processing credit and debit notes
- Controls age analysis
- Follow up on short and non-payments
- Processing on internal journals
- Reconciling of accounts
- Prepare monthly debtors reports
- Resolves customer accounts queries
- Managing and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Evaluating new credit requests
- Conduct credit checks on new customers
