Construction company operating in the private and insurance industry is looking for a dynamic person between 25 and 45 to assist in our offices located in Menlo Park, Pretoria.
The applicant needs to have excellent skills in general office administration which includes Outlook, Excel, Word, telephone etiquette, customer relations as well as social marketing skills.
You must be able to work under pressure and to deliver neat and accurate work.
You must be fully bilingual, have your own reliable transport and have a valid South African ID and drivers license.
In addition to the general office admin functions, it will be expected of you to compile comprehensive claim reports in English, with photos, in a Word document and accurate construction quotations in an Excel document. Your knowledge of both programs and English, must be advanced.
Knowledge of the short-term insurance and or construction industry, basic accounting and previous report writing and quoting experience will be to your advantage.
