**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
- Manage, control and maintain all costs in line financial budgets
- Monitor compliance of the business
- Liaise with external and internal auditors
- Participate in the strategic planning process
- Facilitate and manage major financial decision making
- Report on the financial performance to executive members and senior management
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and financial reports
- Manage a team of finance professionals
- Assist team to develop and implement financial plans
- Working with multiple JV's and shareholders

***Requirements**:

- CA(SA) or CIMA
- BCom degree in Accounting or relevant finance qualification
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years in a similar role
- A least 5 years’ experience leading the finance function
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office and MS Excel Advanced
- Experience in Qliksense and database extraction
- Knowledge and understanding of minority interests/shareholder agreements
- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain industry advantageous
