IT Desktop Support Technician required with 1-2 Years’ experience as a 1st line Technician.

Assist with IT hardware and maintenance as well as software and User support.

Handle SCCM, encryption and backup configurations, antivirus set up and support, as well as support for audio and video communications.

Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities required.

Assist with administrative duties as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- N+ and A+
- Experience with Windows 10/11 Operating systems
- MS Office (Advanced)
- Experience working with surveillance equipment and technology
- Team player
- Willingness to work after hours
- Excellent communication skills
