A busy up-market conference and wedding venue/Game Lodge is looking to hire a Assistant Manager rooms biased. We are looking for a young, dynamic, entrepreneurial with 3 - 5 years’ management experience in managerial positions within small - medium size 4 & 5 star Hotels.

Must have good management skills and must be very hands-on. Have very high personal standards and a keen eye for the smallest detail. You should be dedicated, hardworking, resilient, friendly, and passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable moments.

Very Strong administratively and enjoy training and developing the Team around you. Be familiar with all of the day-to-day requirement of running a 4 Star 30+ Bedroomed Game Lodge with all round knowledge of each department and function. Fast-tracked to GM within 2 to 3 Years if strong enough.

EDUCATION: Minimum requirement - A diploma in hotel management is a must. Excellent computer system skills. Familiar with Semper PMS an advantage. Must demonstrate unparalleled passion for the hospitality industry. Salary - R15 -R17K Live-In plus benefits and incentives. Available immediately would be an advantage but not a prerequisite. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. RSA resident.
