Our client in the automotive component manufacturing sector seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Mini Business Unit Owner to manage the conversion of product from raw material state into finished goods product in the most efficient cost-effective manner according to internationally benchmarked standards and practices. This role entails managing production outputs, quality, plant equipment and staff safety as well as dealing with financial controls and budgets, improvement management (CI) and managing staff.

Matric with a relevant Diploma in Production Managment is essential as is at least 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory position with previous exposure to workplace improvement planning and implementation.
