**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- South African citizens/residents are preferred.
- Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience
- Formal qualification in IT (Diploma / Degree)
- Autoline Finance Module
- Autoline Report generator
- Autoline Vehicle Stock Books
- Autoline Point of Sale Module
- Autoline Manufacturer Systems Module
- Autoline System Maintenance Module
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Dealer Processes
- Dealer Management Systems
- Understanding of the Autoline programming language i.e. KCML
- At least 5 years experience in Autoline DMS / Motor Industry Consultancy experience
- At least 5-10 years analyst experience
- Experience in MS office products

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Extensive experience in the functionality of Autoline front end and backend Knowledge of the Autoline tables
- Knowledge of posting tables, system parameters, and setups
- Experience in repgen would be preferred
- Kprint experience would be preferred
- Experience in testing and regression testing
- Must be competent/familiar with: Business process analysis & translating to functional specs
- Providing support to dealership users and our GROUP business owners

**ROLE**:
Core Role tasks and responsibilities

Projects:

- Ensure that all processes have been investigated/considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements.
- Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives.
- Review and present proposed system solution to GROUP DMS Product Owner and GROUP business owner
- Recommend systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
- Ensure that the following steps in the Development Cycle are executed:

- Keyloop specification documents are correct
- Preparation of user and operation manual
- User training
- System testing/parallel runs
- System implementation
- System audits/quality assurance

Maintenance Requests:

- Ensure that all processes have been investigated/considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements.
- Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives.
- Review and present proposed system solution to GROUP DMS Product Owner/Dealership users/GROUP business owners
- Ensure standardization is adhered to.
- Ensure that the following steps in the Development Cycle are executed:

- Preparation of system/technical documentation.
- Preparation of user and operation manual.
- User training.
- System testing/parallel runs.
- System implementation.
- System audits/quality assurance.
- User sign-off.

Support:

- Ensure that all dealer support tickets are resolved timeously within GROUP SLAs
