**Location: Remote (EST Timezone)**

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our sales team. This is a remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- High level of spoken English with mínimal accent.
- Proven track record in cold calling and sales.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to suggest/implement new systems.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous experience using ZoomInfo or similar tools for lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
