Ward Supervisor

**Job summary**

We are currently looking for a Ward Supervisor based in **Durbanville Area**.

We are a national contract catering company looking for an enthusiastic, well presented person with great leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who understands what “Customer Service” is and is always willing to go the extra mile to please our clients and patients.

**Summary of the position**:
To provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership to the ward nursing team.

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the wards.

To ensure a high standard of evidence-based nursing care is consistently delivered to patients.

To ensure that a safe, cost effective service is provided.

To act as a role model and patient advocate, ensuring a positive patient experience for all.

**Job Requirements**:
Matric is essential

Tertiary Education advantageous

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the hospitality industry would be advantageous.

2 years previous experience in a Front of House role within hospital environment.

Office reception or restaurant environment experience advantageous.

Able to work shifts (Must be flexible)

Admin orientated

Computer Literate

Good Communication skills

Able to speak English & Afrikaans
