Parts Salesperson X 2

**Key Output**:

- Correctly identify the needs of the customer.
- Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback and status updates to the customer.
- Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements
- Pick loose parts dependant on plant specific layout and process
- Select correct hose and cut to specification - Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning
- Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification
- Tag hose with correct information - Seal and despatch as required
- Sign off hose assembly in hose register and make sure hose assembly is booked out to customer
- Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required - providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required. Make sure that stock is correct and counted

**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**
- Grade 12
- Relationship building skills.
- Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell the value, Make use of reference material
- Attention to detail, Passion for the brand, Mechanical understanding, Ability to provide options.
- Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively.
- Mechanical understanding, IMM qualification would be a recommendation
- Basic business and financial acumen
