Marketing Coordinator

Operations/project manager/Coordinator for a growing marketing Agency. Ideal person will have worked on Marketing projects from conceptualisation to completion of projects.

Some of the key touch points will be:

- Management and assignments of staff tasks on Trello
- Operational Planning and staff workflow management
- oversee staff deliverables are met
- Keeping daily status with the team on projects
- HR basic (not essential) - if required to deal with workflow issue
- Quoting - Basic Admin
- Invoicing
- managing payments across the business
- Accountant liaison
- Following up on payments from clients
- Following up on all quotes sent to client
- Tenders & all supporting documents to be completed
- Company Compliance with clients & suppliers eg ( CSD, Tax compliance etc)
- Supplier registrations when needed

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
