Create and execute innovative spa programs and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.

Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Foster positive relationships with guests and address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.
