**Main Purpose of The Job**
- The core purpose of the job function is to accurately data capture sales orders and stock order onto the Syspro System to generate Job Cards to systematically keep record of sales and stock orders ensuring that orders are timeously processed and completed and accurately processed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Correctly interpret and understand sales orders and stock orders
- Creating jobs on Syspro immediately, accurately as sales orders and branch stock orders come in
- Printing job cards and attaching the necessary documents
- Ensure that customer names are on the job cards, if they do not appear it must be manually inputted
- Liaising with sales and branches regarding job information to ensure effective and accurate processing of all documents
- Cancelling and revising of job cards on Syspro
- Filing
- Use the “coil availability” report or Syspro to determine material availability
- Change priorities depending on material
- Report to sales/branches on any sales order that’s been on the no coil report for more than a day
- Amend the dates on orders/job cards if no coil availability
- Assist in the preparation of stock take
- Participate in quarterly stock takes
- Assist manager with ad hoc items - as and when needed
- Assist with work when other employees are off duty**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Driver’s licence is essential
- Computer Literacy is essential (MS Office)
- Syspro Experience essential
- Relevant Diploma / Degree in Production or Operations Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in WIP manufacturing processes or roofing.
- Experience in stock takes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in metal industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work under pressure
