Job Summary:
Directs the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the Company’s Computing Environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure System confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Ensure 100% Usable uptime of all Company Workstations, Servers, and all IT Assets.
- Actively monitor and control all workstations, servers, and systems to maximize availability.
- Involved in System Infrastructure maintenance, Troubleshooting, Server, and System administration, configuration, installations, and backups.
- Setup and maintain consistent access structures and grant appropriate permissions and redundancy to protect company from data loss.
- Establish system by evaluating performance issues including availability, utilization; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining policies and procedures.
- Secures system by administering system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation.
- Upgrades system by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Ensure that all Systems Equipment are running based on SLA metrics.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Certifications with at least one of the following:

- CompTIA Security+, Comptia A+, CCNA
- Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in:

- Windows Server 2016
- Virtual Machines and Hypervisors
- Office 365
- MS Teams

US EST SHIFT (4pm-1am South African Time)**

Nice to Haves:

- Working knowledge in the following:

- ZOHO Application Suite
- Datto RMM
- Hub Spot
