Hvac Draughtsman

**You will be responsible for the following**:
Prepare detail drawings and conform to contract specifications

Propose layout drawings for new HVAC Plant systems

Systematically checking of drawings in accordance with standards and specifications

Compiling summary reports

Ad hoc engineering drawings

Gather required engineering information

Perform site visits if needed

Perform tasks in compliance with the Company’s Systems, Standards and Procedures.

Draw and design technical drawings and specifications for projects and manufacturing purposes

**Education**:
**Matric**

National Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering)

Minimum 4 years of working experience in HVAC mechanical layout drawings

Minimum 4 years of working experience using 3D draughting package e.g., Inventor,

Solid Works or Pro-Engineer

Proficient in 3D modelling

Proficiency in Autodesk Vault and Plant 3D is advantageous

**Skills**:
Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge

Have an above average academic record and good understanding of Strength of Materials,

Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics

Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English

Function independently and within a team environment, driven and can handle high-pressure and bottleneck situations

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month
