**Luxury Hunting Resort - Thabazimbi, Limpopo**

Our client is looking for a vibrant, energetic GM couple to take control of this hunting Lodge with conference and accommodation facilities and create an unforgettable experience. The couple should be well rounded in general management, bringing their own skills but functioning as part of a strong team. This position is for hospitality professionals that would like to really get involved with the decisions and direction of the lodge long term

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Qualifications Essential
- At least 3 years’ experience as a GM couple in a luxury safari/resort environment
- Excellent understanding of all functions within a hospitality operation
- Excellent Customer Relations Skills
- Hands on hosting duties
- be the face of the property
- Computer Literate (MS Office suite and reservations/ POS programs)
- Well spoken, takes initiative and leads by example for the team
- Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
- Proven record of managing staff effectively and empathetically
- Professional and well groomed
- Of Sober habits
- excellent past track record

**Description**:
Her:

- Excellent admin abilities
- all Front Office and back office admin.
- Experience in Budgets and Forecasting
- Marketing Experience very beneficial
- would like to get creative for new ideas to promote and uplift the lodge and implement it
- bringing in new customers etc
- Qualifications or experience in Events management would be very beneficial

Him:

- General day to day Operations Management
- Knowledge and Qualifications of Game Management / hunting Beneficial
- Good General Management Abilities
- guest facing
- very friendly and helpful.
