As an iStore Trainer, you will play a vital role in driving training activities and initiatives to increase knowledge, improve sales skills, and build behaviours of our sales staff. Your goal will be to enhance customer experiences, increase conversion rates, and ensure that all employees are well-versed in the full range of iStore products and services, including becoming proficient in assisting Mac switchers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to facilitate customer training sessions, empowering them with knowledge to maximise their Apple device experience.

What we're looking for:

- Matric and/or a tertiary qualification will be given preference.
- A minimum of 2 years of iStore sales experience with a proven sales record in-store.
- Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge of Apple products and share that knowledge with others.
- A commitment to up-skilling all staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
