We have the following fixed term vacancy available at Melomed Head Office:
**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist position with end-to-end recruitment experience
- Recruitment background and experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Experience with creating and growing a talent pool utilizing various platforms (social media platforms and other professional networks)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation
- Headhunting experience
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to cope in a pressurised environment and work independently
- Results orientated, driven, well organised, innovative, and team-oriented

**Key Outputs**:

- Design and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies to address the needs of the company to fill all vacancies including senior head office positions and specialised nursing positions.
- Advertise positions on internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Serve as part of the interview panel for positions when required.
- Design, review, and update job specifications and interview guides.
- Maintain record of all recruitment metrics and provide daily/weekly and monthly reports and status updates as requested.
- Perform other administration / reporting ad hoc duties as and when required.
