A family owned estate offering Olive Oil & Wine Tasting.

This family farm is looking for an individual seasoned in wine hospitality to join the tasting room and become part of the family way.

To be considered for this unique opportunity you must have completed your studies in hospitality or as a wine sommelier. Experience in wine hospitality for a period of at least 8 years would give you the appropriate skills to be able to excel in the environment.

**Some of the core outputs would be**:
Continuously create a guest experience that is innovative and positively grows revenue.

Set and ensure sales targets are met for the tasting room.

General tasting room administration such as stock control, rostering, managing budgets and aesthetic alignment with the brand.

Coaching a team of tasting room staff to meet the company vision will ensure your objectives are met.

Extraordinary wine knowledge (olive oil is an advantage) and understanding of wine hospitality will ensure your success.
