- Minimum Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematical Statistics, Data science or related field
- Minimum Experience
- 3 Years experience in data management & analytics
- Predictive modelling experience
- Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Supporting the improvement of the monthly lead selection models and processes - this includes unlocking new lead opportunities, building and maintaining sales propensity models.
- Structural database table design and maintenance for improved reporting capability and data ease of use.
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of operational systems like agent priority lines and lead loading processes.
- Supporting the design and implementation of commission structures to drive behavior.
- Supporting with the design and implementation of new sales and marketing initiatives from a system process point of view.
- Providing general business support through data analysis, investigations and reporting to both the sales and marketing environment.

- A solid grasp of SQL, SSAS, Python, R, Excel and dashboard software (eg Power BI) would be advantageous
