**VACANCY: QUALITY CONTROLLER**

**LOCATION: PAARDEN EILAND, CAPE TOWN**

**As a Quality Controller, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability Responsibilities might include, but not limited to the following focus areas**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, maintaining & training of quality alerts
- Monitoring of product assembly quality checks
- Enforcing & record keeping of production testing
- Receiving & Workshop quality checks
- Work instruction document control for production assembly
- Non-conformance record keeping
- Supply chain quality feedback & management

**Experience**:

- Experience in quality processes / quality control role within a manufacturing industry
- ISO 9001 process & documentation methodology (will be _advantageous, training will be provided) _
- Electrical background or basic electrical circuit knowledge will be advantageous
- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the lighting industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Studies in Quality management, or a related field would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision and excellence.
