Junior Bookkeeper

Gardier Security Services based in Durbanville, Cape Town seek to appoint a Junior Bookkeeper.

1. Technical Skills & Experience:
▪ At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in an accounting ▪ Computer Literate (Pastel, MS Office, especially Excel) ▪ Knowledge and experience with Debtors, Ledgers etc.

▪ Excellent client and customer relationship management

▪ Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.

2. Behavioural Skills & Experience:
▪ Good verbal and written communication

▪ Can work in high pressure environments and meet deadlines.

▪ Must be an independent and accurate thinker and worker.

▪ Excellent multi-tasking and technical capabilities

▪ Dedicated and hardworking approach to work

▪ Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with honesty and integrity.
